I’m Nic, founder of Trevow Carpentry. With over 18 years of experience in carpentry and joinery, I specialise in bespoke second fix carpentry and high-quality joinery for homes and businesses across Cornwall. Before founding Trevow Carpentry, I spent many years as a boat builder, which is where I honed my attention to detail, precision, and high standard skills that now define every project I take on.
At Trevow Carpentry, I take pride in delivering finishes that truly elevate any space. From custom media walls and fitted wardrobes to kitchens and wall panelling, every project is tailored to your needs and built to last.

My Story
I’ve always loved working with my hands. My journey began over 18 years ago in boat building, where I learned the value of precision, patience, and attention to detail. Every curve, joint, and finish had to be perfect skills that now define everything I do at Trevow Carpentry.

After years of working on both traditional and modern boats, I decided to bring my expertise to homes and businesses in Cornwall. I founded Trevow Carpentry to focus on bespoke joinery and second fix carpentry, combining craftsmanship with practicality. Every project, from fitted wardrobes and media walls to kitchens and wall panelling, reflects the same care and precision I learned in the boatyard.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about creating spaces that not only look beautiful but feel lived in. I love seeing a project transform a client’s home, and the best part is knowing that my attention to detail makes a lasting difference. I’m committed to delivering work that is both functional and timeless, with quality you can trust.

When I’m not in the workshop, I spend time with my family my wife Jess, our daughter and our dog Hugo. Living in Cornwall gives us the perfect balance of work, family, and enjoying life by the coast.
